I have a buyer that wishes to have the domain being purchased within his domain.com acct when he receives it from Escrow.com. The domain being bought is currently at Dynadot. I advised him to obtain a Dynadot account in order for Escrow to push the domain into his account for quick possession.
I know that I push the domain into Escrow.com's acct and then they do the same to the buyer. Not sure if once Escrow.con receives the name, they can then deposit into the buyer's Domain.com acct.
Hope this makes sense. Escrow.com is closed until monday. Looking for an answer for the buyer.

Hi

what you are referring to is Escrow.com Concierge Service, where "they" perform the manual taks of transferring/pushing the domain between accounts.

Domain Concierge Service - Escrow.com

Yes, @biggie 's reply is correct. Thanks! @stevo and his Buyer can add the Concierge service in their transaction with Escrow.com, if they haven't added that yet, so our dedicated concierge specialists can assist them with the actual transfer of domain.

Seller's protection is that once funds are secured with us, they only need to transfer the domain to one of Escrow.com's secured registrar accounts and then we can immediately release the funds to them without waiting for the Buyer to confirm receipt and full control of the domain as we will be taking care of that in their behalf.

Our concierge team will continue coordinating with the Buyer to get their registrant details which means this is the added protection on the Buyer's side where we'll take care of their inspection period and removing the stress on following up with the Seller.

As soon as funds are secured in Escrow.com, our concierge specialists will reach out to the Buyer to get their registrant information where they want the domain to be transferred to and we'll take care of the rest.

@stevo , feel free to send us a direct message here or email [email protected] if you have any other questions.

@Escrow.com Support which registrar are you referring to, please info?
And if the domain is already at your registrar, can a domain that is still locked for 60 days use this concierge service?

The receiving registrar may be depending on where the domain is coming from and/or what the Buyer's receiving registrar will be - all of which will be determined and evaluated by the concierge specialist who would be closely coordinating with both parties to ensure seamless transfer and communication.

We typically work with GoDaddy, but we also use other commonly known and popular registrars like Namecheap, Enom, Dynadot, Google Domains, among others.

Generally, domains will not be locked for 60 days after account changes, WHOIS changes, or transfers as long as incoming domain owner (Sellers) do not change the registrant information, etc. A 60-day lock would still occur, however, after a direct transfer out, or the creation of a new account at the Buyer’s choice of a registrar, and then transferred there, for example. Nevertheless, our concierge team will specify instructions, as required, and set expectations promptly.

Hope this helps. Feel free to DM us here for any transaction-specific inquiries, if any, or message [email protected] for anything else. Thanks!
