advice Escrow buy now buttons

Hi, I'm just wonder if anyone can give me a quick crash course on creating regular buy now buttons with escrow. I've downloaded the template but not sure what info to put where. I know where the price goes!

Also does dn.com do buy now buttons? I see their fees are a lot less than escrow.
