1st of all im not sure if this is the right forum.

i have been trying 2 setup forwarding to my new forum http://sonyps3.co.uk

but i keep getting this error

Inactive (DNS configuration points this subdomain to another server)

What does this mean? the name servers are pointed at xreg where they are supposed to be
