I've only discovered the Domain community last month while searching online for side income opportunities. I must say, I'm loving every single aspect of it so far (the community, the research, etc.) Anyway, I'd like to hear your opinions on what these domains 6 domains might be worth (for an investor or an end user):

EroticVegas.com - 11 Years Old. Aside from the obvious gambling industry, I thought Vegas is also known for its thriving sex industry.
Poseable.com - 11 Years Old. Can't figure out whether this is a typo or not. Jumped on it because it was one word, and I'm sure I've come across the word before while shopping for toys at ToysRUs (as in poseable action figures). Is it poseable or posable? MSWord thinks both words are typos. There are results for both posable and poseable on Amazon.com and Walmart.com. Most online dictionaries say posable. Found one saying posable and poseable.
eysu.com - 14 years old. "Energize Your Start Up" ?
OddOutfits.com - Came across the phrase on a Yahoo story about a man dressed in a Storm Trooper outfit. Immediately thought of cosplays, Lady Gaga.
AverageCost.info - thought I tried playing with .info. Thought about the phrase while googling "average cost to convert a garage into a room".
city -homes.net - I'm currently in the process of buying a home. First thing I googled when I started was
"mycity homes for sale". The .com version is already taken. I plan on pitching this domain to local real estate agencies in a few weeks. Does anyone here have experience/have researched selling a domain to a real estate agent/agency? If so, I would really love to hear your opinions.
