How to measure the value of ERDF.com ?

If we consult on search engines like Google and Bing, we then display a link to Wikipedia referring to an important acronym as
European Regional Development Fund
It also brings a French company EDF - Electricite de France

A very brief assessment made as bot
. Domainindex values it at $ 35,400 a constant value today and 60 days ago ago.
. Estibot given a rating of $ 28,000 however this same query made 60 days ago gave a value of $ 157,000
. According histograms, it is a good word performace as PageRange 3/10
. It has a large number of daily visits and is only parked.
. Another point is the age 17 years

I've been five years in the investment domain, however I would like to have other opinions to more accurately estimate a value accordingly.
All comments are welcome whether good or bad.

This is a fluke the domain is getting all its value from the french site erdf.fr energy company which is super high traffic
an appraisal wont make a domain name valuable ,also this company is slated to change their name so they may not even be interested in obtaining the .com ,since they havent already This domain in my book its worth $400 , you cant sell appraisals you can only sell domains

I would not sell for $400. This is a western premium. Looking at some recent sales from llllsales.com
I do see some VCCC in the $300 - $400 range but thats undervalued IMO.

I did not take notice of its western quality ,I actually value westerns more than the usual appraisers ,Out of 100 llll.com domains that I have randomly bought of the years for chump change ,5 ended up being chinese chips

The number that ended up being western domains was ZERO i find them more rare then chips so I have to restate my value to $850 for this domain

Not all LLLLs are the same. I suspect that DF in the end adds value because of the meaning "Development Fund". F could also stand in the end for Federation, Foundation etc.

some comps with VC+DF, all western prem:

So, $800-$1300 range is well supported for erdf.com, and $2,000-10,000 end user price would not surprise anyone.

While any query in Bing and Google, using the acronym for Europe-Funds etc, which makes it very susceptible to capture Internet.
In fact it has Google PR 3.
Of course it's a good piece, especially for active end.
