Enom Reseller(s) Request - Regular $7.95/$8.95 are OK

We're looking to associate with a company that offers Enom Reseller accounts (the free $7.95 w/rebate or $8.95) that we can provide to end-users who would need such an Enom account. The provider should be a direct ETP. It would be nice if we can make a special page with an order form for our customers who wish to signup for the Enom reseller account so that they know the site is affiliated with our services
