Enom PDQ vs. API

I have traditionally used Enom's API and am trying to decide if I should use PDQ for a new site I am building

Any thoughts on which is better?
Does PDQ allow purchases with Paypal
Are the Customization options limited like WWD. I really like WWD's pricing but find the ability to contol look and feel sucks

With PDQ you must use eNom's credit card processing, and there is no PayPal payment option for your clients. You are also constained to minor customizations of the PDQ template.

The API has very few limits. You can buy a script designed specifically for eNom's API, with built in member management and payment processors (including paypal). www.dramsystem.com

Yes, I have about three drams licences and actually have the customization licked trouble is I am finding the last couple of releases a little buggy.
