ENOM Domain Expiration period Policy? Confuse!!!

ENOM Domain Expiration period Policy! Watch out

i want a domain name which expire on Feb 27, 2005. When i do search on enom whois. On top of the whois domain name info it says "DOMAIN NAME IS EXPIRE" in red letters but when i look at the expiration date of domain name it says it expires on Feb 27, 2006. But the domain name is forwarded to enom parking space!!!! so now my question
Q: How long enom is hold on to this expire domain name?????
Ans: If they like they can keep it

and of course how long i have to wait to get the domain 3 or 4 months any idea on enom deletion policy
ANS: FOREVER

o somewhere i read that enom sells the expire name to third party is this for real??? i mean what if it never goes redemption deletion etc period!!!

I think i have two thread about this.. but those of you who are interested in this.
Since its was already 45 days since expiration enom didn't release the name for redemption i emailed them again today. The reponse is below. The moral of the story if the registra like the domain name they can do whatever they want.......... kind of sad since i didn't expect this and never knew this can happen.

The grace period for renewal is typically (and randomly) 29-42 days.
After this time, the domain will go into either Redemption, or Extended
Redemption. The Extended Redemption period (ERGP) can last for up to
90
days. The client can renew and recover the domain name for $160.00
while
in this status.

After the 90-day ERGP lapses, the original registrant has abandoned all
rights to the domain name. It will be removed from the account, and
their name removed from the whois. eNom may dispose of the name as they
see fit. It may go into auction, it may stay registered at eNom, it
may
be dropped.
