UDRP Enodo.com UDRP ends with a finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking

The registrant of the domain name Enodo.com was approached by a company to acquire it; Enodo.com was registered in 2000. Their negative response led Enodo, France to a “Plan B” decision, as they filed a UDRP to usurp the aged domain.

Shame on them. And their legal representation too - what on earth were they doing taking on a case such as this? They claim to specialise in intellectual property law.
Maybe we can't blame them.. they were perhaps taking a lead from the misplaced sense of entitlement to somebody else's domain name demonstrated by their thieving government.
