Maybe not on Cola itself.. but I recall Coca Cola using "Enjoy Coca Cola" for quite awhile as a slogan so I imagine there "might" be some TM issues, dunno.

As a domain itself it poses no chance of creating a TM problem and absolutely no chance coke will be vaiguely interested.

As a developed site, any detail that insinuates that you are, in any way, connected with their TM then that would change things

As a valuation if you can get low $$$ take it.
