I know you dont want appraisials for medicine.org but may i ask is that name open for offers? (if so can i have a range.

Medicine.org has been acquired for development but you know everything has a price :hehe: so i would consider offers beginning in the $XXX.XXX range.
Btw. though the portal for Medicine.org isn´t ready yet it receives nice traffic and makes nice revenue

I think its a good domain but $29k is not a bargain.
You need to generate cash from a good website to
get its full potential. $10,000 undeveloped but
more potential to rake in say $15,000 + a year when
developed. On a price-earnings multiple of 5
would have 75k value when developed.

thank you for your comment, you are right, $29k isn´t a bargain but i see it as a long term investment.
I have plans for development, will probably setup a travel related portal using subdomains like hotels.england.net, london.england.net or maps.england.net.
The possibilities are huge, in the moment i analyze potential competitors to learn from them and improve the future content.
Btw. england.net receives decent type in traffic and will probably return revenue from the beginning.
This is an added value for this premium keyword domain.

Lucky guy.... but rich guy too And more rich now you have a so good domain. Like others said, a portal about england tourism could be fine, but I think you could think too to develop information about new technology and internet in england. Don't forget the .net
Anyway, whatever you'll do, it would be great with a such name.
