I need some Expert Advice from some of you well seasoned Players!

I found a Well Devolved Web Page /Company that is a Non - Profit which the .org makes sense for that.

Need to be able to understand more from you Techies, about how much Traffic could be or is being bled by not having the DOT com. If I reg it and set a landing page, how much traffic would come to me, and how could I use this as a selling point as to why they "Need" the .com.... dot com is king.

the site is reg since 2009 and renewed up to 2020 in .org ...Yet the .com is just siting there for Reg!!!

Can I make this into a sale or leave it be?

    Thanks

If you need to ask then responding is pointless because it will turn into another debate which we have seen thousands of times before.

Register 10 identical domains in any extension plus the .com, see which ones sell first.

If their .org Alexa rank is outside 1M - then forget... your traffic will be 0 or slightly higher.

Thanks guys , they ovbivsly don't need it with as long as they have been using the .org

just seems a shame that the .com is there free not being used .

Unless I built content / a site on the page then they might want it .

Seems like a lot of work with low chance of reward then .

    Such examples are not rare...
Thousands websites are NON-.com and thousands .com are just parked (not sold/not used).
