Hello. I'm brand new to domaining. Any thoughts on the retail/wholesale value of "endGMO.com"? Any other thoughts on selling this domain name? Thank you.

GMO stands for "Genetically Modified Organisms" which are used as unnatural food ingredients.

    I see

Your buyer is likely an activist group or organisation against this thing. I'm sure the issue may be important, but still a niche buying opportunity. Little value, in my view (reg fee territory)

The idea behind is cool, but exactly, little interest for business, thus no resale value. True, it's good for some activists platform, but unlikely you'll get some $$ from them.
If you already bought it and have a year ahead of you, put a tag of like $200-300 and put on all platforms available (own page/Afternic/Sedo at least).

The 3 letter combination "GMO" is also used by "GMO Internet, Inc.", the "parent company" of "GMO Registry Inc." (one of their TLDs is the TLD ".shop"), they also own the domain name "z.com" (but not "ꓜ.com" (IDN)).

Just saying (writing), it's up to you what to do with this information.

That being said (written), "GMO" can generally stand for any three words that start with these letters (but in combination with "end" (as beginning), the meaning you posted makes probably the most sense).
