Does anyone know if using PHP/HTML encryption solutions like CodeLock can result in spidering/search engine positioning problems?

Yes it will. Sorry but it uses base64 encryption such as the hide source code i have in the code section of this forum.

If your only encrypting code then you shouldn't have much of a problem. Most search engine spiders don't run the code or deal with it at all for that matter. As long as your content stays in clear text HTML and your site works fine without running the code you should be fine.

Bingo.

Encode the coding part -- leave the html formatting alone -- no problems. :)
