a lot of edomains in .com don't fetch a fraction of what they once did ,in your case ,I think your looking for the e as standing for electronic ,but I think where your money will come from is the actualy name e can be emergency or just the name of the hospital or doctor or whatever ,I think health companies do better in .org than other industries ,so you have a good domain ,id say this domain will fetch 100-300 wholesale ,keep in mind one word .orgs can be found for under 500, I think your domain retail can be easily be sold for 800-1300 and can fetch up to 5k to an end user
