Please help me appraise http://www.emailhosting.com

According to the Overture suggestion tool, the keywords 'Email Hosting' received about 315,000 searches in March. If I achieved the number one search result ranking on the major search engines for the keywords 'email hosting', then I am guessing that out the 10,500 (315,000/30) searches conducted each day from Yahoo for the keywords 'email hosting', I should be able to get about 90% of that as clickthroughs; and so, my thinking is that at least 9000 visitors would visit http://www.emailhosting.com just through Yahoo. This is assuming that I get the number one spot for the search.

Coupled with top rankings on the other search engines, I do think that emailhosting.com should receive about 15,000 hits per day. Revenue, according to Overture, is over $15/click for advertising on hosting domain names. Now, how much would emailhosting.com be appraised for if the number one search results were possible?

One other question. How do you find out how many hits/overture a month? I've tried overture.com but I have no idea about how the site works!?

What if it had not been a .com ie a. uk.com or .net
