The .com and .es extensions belong to a well known Spanish newspaper. That is why it is a keyword with a lot of monthly searches in Spanish speaking countries. In Spain alone it has 2 million searches.

I would like to know your estimation for this domains .

I would have avoided this one. Although it's a dictionary word domain name, there's quite possibly a trademark issue somewhere along the line.
