How about some critiques?

I liked your site. Its design is clean and simple.
But there are two things that are not very good - it's a strange shadow to the right and the incomprehensive behavior of quotes - i don't think it's very useful to change their background when the cursor is over.

The layout is clean and simple .. but the Colour of the Quotes ( i think dark pink ) does not match the layout. .otherwise its nice

Thanks for all the comments so far--as far as the pink goes, it seems to be getting opposite reactions, either they like it or they don't.
