Hello,
I would like to sell the http://eldoras.com website (the domain is not included, but a redirect can be set). Another option is sponsorship / investment - please contact me with proposals.
The website is an advanced, multilanguage (currently running English and Polish) lipsync videos gallery built by me. The features include users accounts, comments, advanced rankings, advanced searches, favorites and more. The videos are added through a small admin panel. While selling, I can develop more functionallities on demand.
The site started in July 2006. Two months after that, it won the valueable DreamHost contest, gaining 2500 unique users per day. I can provide access to Google Analytics as proof.
Currently, due to my lack of free time to add videos, the site has very small (176uu/month) traffic, however it still has great potential and will surely pay back to someone who has time to add new videos to it.
I can provide after-sale coding, as well as instruct on the ways to go for increasing income.
The code itself is high-class: safe and validating. The website runs on PHP4/5 and MySQL 4.x.
I am waiting for offers while reserving the right not to choose any if they don't match my financial expectations.
