Either one is good. Use the one you prefer as your homepage address and redirect the other one. Just as Facebooks.com redirects to Facebook.com, or the other way round as audiobook.com redirects to audiobooks.com.
It's .net, you better get both. Then think about going after .com versions.
I think ejob.net is more valuable on a purely domain investing standpoint. It's shorter, has a desirable 4L pattern and also is very strong with e+ word 'job' in it. The answer is both either way for development. Too many typo alternatives where your traffic will leak...people just aren't that sharp to recall the one domain out you throw at them of the 4 (com/net versions) and then type it into the url bar.
Thanks for your help a lot. As I know, between ehotel.com and ehotels.com, there is only ehotel.com has been developed, or facebooks.com forwarding to facebook.com. That why I have owned ejob.net, But now many people advise me using ejobs.net.
