If Efty creates a cafe-bar franchise for domainers, I can see it getting utilized

NO. Primarily because of two reasons.

1. Terribly fails the radio test. People will say - is it teez, ties or tys at the end ?
2. Since Efty is already an established name and this will just come off as a uninspired knockoff.

I could go on but I think these two are enough for now.

Eftys does not make sense and sounds horrible - it would have to be spelled Efties.com (drop the y and add i, e, s)

either way it's not a good idea on so many levels
