My audience would be people going through a foreclosure, or people looking to purchase foreclosures....alot of those types around these days.

I'm not quite sure why you're asking me about spectator value...I'm the one asking for the appraisal here

well it depends which market you would try and develop for.

I would say the e and the foreclosure debacle being current makes a quick xx to xxx, but it sis a long word. I would market this to a current foreclosure site as a forward traffic adding name potential
