Nice choices! I think you should set up an amazon astore and get commissions with azgift/shop.

I like eFitness/shop better than HealthFitness/shop you could find the owner of efitnesshop(com) and see if they are interested, they look to be a domainer, site is for sale on flippa, they might even be a member here

Otherwise I would list eFitness at low $XXXX and HealthFitness and AZgift at mid $XXX, but be sure to include OR best offer, the new gTLDs are still IMO longer wait to sell.
