Efficient software for image enlargement?

I was scouting around for such a software when I came across this on eBay. Does anybody know which software or technique the seller is promoting, or is there a good alternative? Thanks and cheers.

Seems to be some fake.
PhotoShop can do the same.
What exactly do you need to do with enlarged images?
Understand, that bigger image means more information and it means bigger file size, unless some clever compression is used.
But noone yet created new compression methods that will reduce filesize that much.

Change formats... like , exchange jpg to gif .
