Debian's current trademark policy states that businesses can use the Debian trademark if they make a CD of the Debian version of Linux, but cannot use Debian in the name of their business.

This may not be a concise TM issue but I imagine borders on the lines of asking for trouble depending on how it's used.

well basically the intention behind is to create a portal or something which have Debian resource like, tips, tricks, tutorials etc..

Besides that TM issues what you think about its worth
