Very unreliable. If you're asking to gauge parking epc, it might as well be a random guess.

Besides, EPCs fluctuate wildly even for the same domains and terms.

Sorry for late reply, just saw your comment. Thanks?! I saw some domains at Expired domains having as $5 CPC and I wonder if it's so true why are they still sitting there?

Simply because the click is not guaranteed.
You can have the highest keywords but no traffic (and/or no clicks) to your website or parked domain.
