What is a few hundread hit a month exactly? Does that make a significant revenue as well? If so, it could add up to the base value, which is at 800-900$ resale now.

current situation? there are no trade mark issues

As long as you show no "Bad intent" with a LLL domain - You can sleep somewhat easy at night IMO Decent letters have many meanings.

Just want to point out the obvious - The "EC" portion fits nicely with "East Coast" IMO So "East Coast W___" Add anything Starting with "W".
