My personal opinion on "e" or "i" domain names is that they are great... but primarily in .com. In the case of "Uber Premium" keywords - like perhaps : Loan

A domain that is - eLoan.net also will hold some value. However, when you drag it down to ccTLDs, even the .us - your going to lose some serious value, infact, all of it. I would appraise eCredit.us at registration cost. Anyone who wants to develop this name, will have some serious traffic bleading to .com / .net / and even .org.
