Hi there, I am a member here and trade in domains as a 'hobby'. My real job is selling architectural ironmongery (door handles, hinges etc) I am setting up an online company to distribut my products and want an ecommerce site to do this.
The site will be www.shop4handles.com, if you go to the site you will see a redirection page with my logo that sends people to my ebay shop where I have tested the water for online sales.
The site must be fully fuctional in a simple way. To get some idea of what I'm looking for type 'door handles' or 'door handle' into google and look at the best sites.
The site must be fully operational by me, for uploading products, images, categories etc and managing the entire business. I am competent around a computer but cannot read code.
Credit card payments must be offered,
Pricing breaks for different quantities and different customers (memberships?)
Search engine optimisation is the key factor: this is not just one of my 'projects', but my entire livelihood, and is backed by my retail business, which is one of the top ironmongers in the UK.
A reasonable level of support must also be offered.
I have made many enquiries about this and at the moment the deal I like most is based on a template design, but is very simple for both customers and admin, completely optimised, and priced at £1250 + VAT.
I live in the UK so fellow residents here will have an advantage.
