Hi, I would thank appraisals for eClinical.info.

This is not the typical name with an "e" to make it look electronic related. It is a generic term widely used in clinical research world. The exact definition is:

eClinical refers to electronic processes and technologies used to plan, collect (acquire), access, exchange or archive data required for the conduct, management, analysis and reporting of research conducted for a clinical trial.

Anyone working in pharma industry or clinical research companies knows for sure this term and there is a lot of money invested by pharma labs in developing large electronic clinical trials using eclinical technologies.

Any idea of its resale value?

129 000 Google-hits for eClinical.
I tried http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ to see
how many searches are made for the term. Appearently only 60 in december...

Based on this, I'd say low XX undev. More for a developed site/to end user.
Perhaps the term will be more searched for in the future?

Thanks both of you for taking the time to appraise my domain after some research.

I dont think this will be a widely used term out of the clinical research world. It is just a target keyword for clinical trials business, a huge market including pharma corporations and other companies offering technology services to them.

This is such a rich industry and many clinical software even includes the word "eclinical" (although it is used as a generic term), so I am trying to decide what to do with the name.

Getting appraisals from low $XX to low $X,XXX makes me wonder what I should ask for it ;)

Thanks!

Thanks!

If an end user wants to buy it, you could probably ask for at least XXX.
(I assume here that it's a big corporation that is the end user)
A reseller would probably be around my appraisal (possibly up to mid XX).

Yes, maybe you're right. Thanks for your comments.

However if I know there is a big corporation chasing my name I might ask a bit more ;)

What do others think?
