Development potential, not very clear sound, but could be used as rating site. but what people should rate is a question. available top tld extensions as well.
Reg fee/+ undeveloped, reseller market.

unless it's a keyword directed to something (I do not know) it's worth reg fee more or less.

The whole beauty of RateMine.com is that it can be for pretty much anything. So, it can be used for a rate site. So, it's definately worth more than a reg fee.

eChubby.com is a huge potential for chubby chasers and adult fat/thick sites. I mean c'mon - most of this country is overweight. There are support groups, diet plans and more that can be hosted on this domain. So, that's definately more than reg fee.
