I think you're safe, but you should be wary of trademark conflicts with ebay and Ebuy.com.

It's brandable, but you'll probably need content for it to be worth anything. Without a developed site, I doubt it's worth much.

IMO, too many TM issues.

Too many opportunities for UDRP.

Google seems to have been pretty lenient about the trademark so far. After all, the project is mostly open source. As long as you're not bashing Android, it shouldn't be an issue; there are quite a few sites that have already adopted Android as part of their name.

Apple hasn't been as lenient, though, and has been actively taking legal actions against sites with trademark overlap, especially if they dislike the content. I haven't heard anything about Microsoft, but they've been lenient in the past.

Android is a TM, drop this name to avoid any issues, its also the right thing to do, regging TM names just gives us domainers a bad name, it also impacts on your reputation on these forums.
