Google seems to have been pretty lenient about the trademark so far. After all, the project is mostly open source. As long as you're not bashing Android, it shouldn't be an issue; there are quite a few sites that have already adopted Android as part of their name.
Apple hasn't been as lenient, though, and has been actively taking legal actions against sites with trademark overlap, especially if they dislike the content. I haven't heard anything about Microsoft, but they've been lenient in the past.
