How about it meaning "ebook as seen on tv"? Actually I got it for the keyword. It is very valuable in my opinion. It doesn't have to do anything with TV (television) to be a good "dot tv" name though. But thanks for your appraisal.

Think about it this way as saturated as the ebook market is, ebooks can only get bigger. Everyone thinks they can get rich or drive traffic to their sites making ebooks. Of course if you sold let's say products that people see on TV as ebooks (no money down programs, wholesale lists, make a million at home, etc...) your domain would be worth a lot more.
