Does anyone know about all the pre-made business and website on ebay? There are many that are pre-made and you collect the trafficking revenue as well as come affiliate marketing from the sales through the site. Are these legitimate? Do they truly bring in money without the owner doing much work?

Most I've seen aren't worth the fee. They are bought in bulk with resale rights. The the real business is re-selling the packages.

ditto, one of biggest ways to make money is selling the dream of making money as so many people are desperate for success, if something were working for you you would keep quite and rake in the cash if it's not working then you see e-books and pre-built sites claiming success with the usual *your results may vary* disclaimer as success usually doesn't come in pre-built form or everyone would be doing it
