I want to add a tab bar in my eBay listing

My id is on eBay.in website as i m from india.
I m ready to pay in nps if anyone can give me a template same as shown in the above link.
Speacially the tab bar which is there in the link in the middle

just use image rollovers, keep it simple, no need for java buttons in my opinion.
