Be careful with -bay Names ~ They've been known to Take them and I don't think they've loss much !

eBay protects its trademark heavily.

Wouldnt even bother to develop - let it expire.

Worth less than registration fee.

Watch out with trademark names...perhaps if they want to they can grab it from you!!!I have heard many horrible stories with trademark dispute cases.

your still alowed to use it for non-proffit arnt you? i would use it for an about me/product type site for when i sell things on ebay.

Hmm... given the unanymous opinion of the other posters, I realy think it's advisable not to develop it. It's not worth the trouble

Correct, they were even after me simply for having the word " bay " in one of my names, they backed off as they knew they had no real claim to the word " bay " but I bet they will have something to say/claim about your " ebay " Domain, I wouldn't bother doing anything with it myself.

your only hope is to create a site as your name suggests and hope to god that when the ebay nazis spot you (for they will) you amuse them. Play, dance, sing for them. They may spare your life.
