As said above, great photoshop domain [duh] and undeveloped, I think you will be looking at high $xx just for possiblity. Developed, the price could be quite large.

I think high $xx undeveloped at least. Easy PSD rhymes and sounds really good. You should definitely develop the site, then you could make a LOT.

tutorial cum community fo PSD development, worth to low $xxx (developed)

undevoloped fetch at mid $xx, say 60 if i am buying it.

but yea, don't waste it, develop it.
