Easy $4.50 - MOD installation

Im having terrible difficulties installing:

On my PHPBB. I've given up now and i can't get the ads to display.
Im looking for somebody to help me install the modification onto my boards.
I can only offer $4.50 which i feel is a reasonable price for about 5 minutes work. (Simple Mod).

I have no idea why i am failing in installing this.
