Easiest way to post a video ???

I am using frontpage 2003 to build a site and I am wondering how to post a video on it. I have used the tutorials and help areas of frontpage and it shows the video when I preview the page. But when I publish the site everything shows up but the video. I'm not for sure if I am overlooking something.

I am clicking insert> picture> video> and I set my parameters for "on mouse over" and the preview shows it and that's it.

Any help would be appreciated greatly !!

Try editing the source code. You can simply insert an <embed> tag. You can locate a sample embed code by viewing a YouTube video. If the video is hosted on YouTube (and embedding on third party sites is enabled), simply copy and paste the provided code to your source.
