advice Easiest fast way to project android phone onto tv?

what is the easiest way to project from android samsung j3..but I guess it applies to all android.. to an LCD? is it wifi? will there be lags? does it eat up more bandwidth...? what's the best tv LCD or other to do this..and basically only do this...no cable or tv channels...

i would indeed prefer wireless solution vs cables..usb hdmi converters etc..
