yes that is correct, if you refer genuine users to our site and they like to post on webmaster forums, they could get 100 posts in a day or 2 and you get your $6 very quick.

if we were to do it so as soon a new member joins you get $6 we would have loads of people joining fraudently just to get $$$$ and making up fake accounts, and thats not good.

least this way it builds the site and gives the users of our site a little something back.

you can also post and advertise your services, textklinks bannerspsace etc at our site free to.

i think there is non, he tells you to read the rules at their own site too,
if i look at your reaction, you would be someone who would take advantage and make some quick referals (maybe with fake accounts)
