In the present the site barely gets any traffic, but the domain name was registered in July 2006 and the first snapshot Web Archive have is from December 2006 so the site is 9 years old, which is an important factor in Google eyes if you want to further develop it and make it rapidly rank.
The domain has a huge potential, I mean after Algarve.com, the second best choice for an Algarve portal is eAlgarve.com.
