End user pricing depends on… the end user. You can’t predict what an end user will pay. That’s the whole point.
You can check similar wholesale buys / non-retail buys and give it a range — of which reg fee may be the case — but end user depends on who really wants it and how bad. The better the name the more likely an end user wants it the higher the price.
Retail pricing on this probably $100 if you can find someone to buy it and give them a great reason to do so.
