With 'money' being a mass noun, it very rarely has or needs a plural. The few times I've come across one though, it's always been 'monies'. 'Moneys' is a new one on me, but I read both are correct.
The two possible spellings, neither of which are common in everyday use, and a hyphen make this a difficult one for me.

Nope. The hyphen kills it along with the 'moneys'. I prefer "monies".
