Sorry , completly wrong regarding the hyphen , e-commerce is much more the version accepted than ecommerce :

Taiwan extensions are well established via .com.tw etc and
e-commerce.com.tw is an active established site.

e-commerce.tw I would consider to be mid $xxx undeveloped.

It is not very good domain imo , you need to find right ppl to buy that domain (maybe from taiwan) , and that is not very simple .
a fast wholesale around xxx max

This one is cool and better than ecommerce.tw IMO.
However, domain market is very very small in Taiwan for the time being, and could last for a long time.
