IF you have a site that does not cater to 5 year olds dont bother using them. After reading there TOS and purchasing credits that a NP member had I uploaded a banner for slipondajimmy.com and it was denied with no explaination. So I read the TOS again..........

* Please ensure that your banner abides by the terms and conditions. We do not accept the following websites:
o Those with adult content
o Websites that promote SPAM
o Sites that promote or carry out illegal activities
o Hate orientated
o Sites with no content
o Sites operating an ad-stack (two or more banners on top of each other)


Well I looked at my site again and it is completely within their guidelines. Slipondajimmy.com is not adult content it is a condom retail site. Condoms can and do get sold to minors and it is legal. A 15 year old can do to a local planned parenthood and get condoms no questions asked.

Needless to say they will not honor my banner even though it is legal according to them

So where is the problem? I had a small discussion with jeff and -RJ- recently but now I want some other opinions.

Once again to back up what I have said. Adult content would not be openly displayed in walmart, walgreens, CVS, or any other store. Pornography (magazines/adult content) is covered in stores such as local c-stores and behind the counter.
