Well, to start with what is e.69.com? That is a subdomain of 69.com, which doesn't even appear to resolve.

Also, does H712 have some meaning I am not aware of? Random 4 character .COM don't really have resale value.

e.69.com = Not a valid domain extension for resale - That's more in the lines of sub-folder/sub-domain rental/lease, which = Mid-xx to Low-xxx per month lease

H712.com = Mid-xx to Low-xxx
