It's a Public Auction. Whoever posted this will get their deserved dues when they cannot deliver the domain. But the point is well taken. GoDaddy should never have allowed this domain to have been listed.

What am I missing? It appears as though the domain name Dynadot.com is up for auction at Godaddy.
