The extension .biz isn't great. And what site can you run under the title dubaiport.biz? I would say, it's nothing for common endusers. And business people, well, you have to find them. All in all I think would be a hard job to sell or develop the name. Perhaps too hard.

Regfee or low $$ I would say.
