Drupal, a creation (with a massive community backing it and contributing) of Dries Buytaert (http://buytaert.net). (
The mobi theme had some problems with my site (I tested it last month, don't know if it's improved since then, don't have time myself at this time).
Keep an eye on Drupal and their improvements (http://acquia.com --> company formed by Dries, raised 7 million $ ). I love drupal :p

That's the typical drupal-output :hehe: , but your friend needs (bwa needs, it would be more attractive) to add some custom designs.
